All rates are per room, per night, based on two adults sharing. Rates are quoted in US Dollars and include 10% VAT and 10% service charge taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

- Full English Breakfast is included in all the above rates, apart from Room Only.
- For Room Only, breakfast can be purchased on site for a charge of US$30 per person for Full English Breakfast or Grenadian Local Breakfast. Continental Breakfast is $20.00 per person.
- An extra bed can be added to the room if arranged before booking. This will cost an extra US$80 per person including breakfast.
- DB&B = Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (no drinks included)
- All Inclusive = 3 meals daily + afternoon tea, house wine by the glass, domestic beer and non-premium spirits.
Booking and refund terms:
A deposit of 10% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable up to two months prior to arrival. Two months before arrival, a further payment of 40% of the total booking value is required. This payment is refundable up to one month prior to arrival. The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
For bookings made less than two months before arrival, a payment of 50% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking.
