Our mains bring together fresh local ingredients and bold Caribbean flavours, cooked with a touch of international flair. From pan-seared fish and tender chicken to seasonal lobster and grilled steak, each dish is prepared to order and served with your choice of sides.

Fresh local chicken fillets are pan-seared with local seasoning and served with your choice of Jerk or Cajun sauce.
