Step behind the pass and spend time in the Petite Anse kitchen learning how we bring island flavours to life. This ‘Cook with Me’ class is an authentic Grenada cooking experience. Guided by our chef, you’ll prep, cook and plate a classic Grenadian dish—then sit and enjoy what you’ve made with a sea view.

  • Meet the chef, discuss the dish and ingredients.
  • Learn essential techniques: seasoning, marinades, pan work and plating.
  • Cook your chosen dish side by side with the chef.
  • Enjoy your meal on the terrace or at the bar once it’s ready.

  • Rice & Peas with Caribbean-Style Chicken — island seasonings, pan-finished.
  • Fresh Tuna Steak with Garden Salad — seared to your liking, citrus dressing.

How It Works

  • Duration: Approximately 30–60 minutes, depending on your dish.
  • Group Size: 1–2 guests per session for a truly hands-on experience.
  • When: Late morning or mid-afternoon start times work best. Advance booking required.
  • Price: There is no class fee—you simply pay the regular menu price for the dish you cook (drinks charged as normal).

Yes. We host up to two guests per session so everyone gets hands-on time. Our Grenada cooking experience is designed to be a fun experience that is hands-on and introduces you to island flavour — perfect for couples, friends or solo travellers.

Is this a private Caribbean cooking lesson?

Generally yes. During busier periods, we may pair small parties, but we’ll let you know in advance.

Can I pair my dish with drinks?

Of course. Cocktails, wine and soft drinks are available and charged as normal.

Do I keep a recipe?

Ask the chef and we’ll share a simple take-home method so you can recreate it later.
