Join us to say goodbye to 2024 and welcome 2025 in style. This year, we’ll have a lively evening with music from DJ Swift, fireworks at midnight, and an unforgettable dining experience.

Canapés & Champagne
Start the evening with a champagne cocktail infused with passion fruit flavor, paired with Petite Anse’s assorted New Year’s Eve canapés.
Starters
- Callaloo Soup
A rustic blend of callaloo, celery, onion, and spices, cooked in a vegetable stock and served with a swirl of cream and croutons. - Smoked Fish & Tomato Tart
Petite Anse’s own smoked fish paired with roasted tomato in a cream and nutmeg sauce, baked and served on a bed of garden greens. - Sweet Chili Duck Carpaccio
Duck breast marinated in sweet chili sauce, thinly sliced, and served with a mango salsa.
Main Courses
- Braised Lobster
Lobster cooked in a rich, creamy broth with sherry, tomato, garlic, and fresh herbs. - Seared Baby Back Ribs
Tender baby back ribs marinated, seared, and finished with a Korean-style BBQ sauce. - Stuffed Chicken Legs
Oven-roasted chicken legs filled with festival couscous and topped with a creamy nutmeg sauce. - Pumpkin and Cinnamon Risotto
A creamy risotto infused with pumpkin and cinnamon, finished with parmesan shavings.
